9.20.08 - jessica & lance

Jessica & Lance chose brown, green, and white for their intimate backyard wedding. The bride's bouquet is a mixture of green and white cymbidium orchids, star of bethlehem, schwartzwalder calla lilies, mini white calla lilies, berzilia berries, chocolate cosmos and fiddlehead fern heads. The maid of honor utilized the green cymbidiums, chocolate cosmos, green spider mums, berzilia berries and a few mini white calla lilies and star of bethlehem. The centerpieces used the more of the same. The groom’s boutonniere used two mini calla lilies with berzilia berries and a fiddlehead fern head. The best man's boutonniere was just a schwartzwalder calla lily and berzilia berries.

kristin + chris - professional shots

I just got some images from the happy couple of professional shots of their day. You can see better the color of the deep blue delphiniums - and what a beautiful couple!

Unfortunately, no close ups of the alter pieces - they were composed of green vibernum, blue delphinium, peonies and phalenopsis orchids. The flower girl's wreath was white cymbidium orchids.

The maid of honor bouqet was composed of peonies, mini cala lilies, green cymbidiums, green vibernum, star of bethelehem and deep blue delphinium. The reception was held at the River Room overlooking the Hudson - the views were amazing! I'm looking forward to seeing the professional photographs.

elizabeth & john - 05.03.08

Elizabeth & John chose a combination of lilac, calla lilies, and green viburnum with hints of blue hydrangea. The reception and alter flowers utilized footed porcelian compote bowls filled with blue hydrangea, lilac, white roses, and viburnum. Below are preliminary pictures of the bouquets as well as images from St. Monica's church, and Bayard's, the reception site.

greg + hannah - 10.06.07

Greg and Hannah's colors were burnt orange, white, lime green and black. The bouquets were textured with very 'architectural' flowers - spider orchids, hawaiian dendrobian orchids, montbreesia, white and burnt orange mini calla lilies, hybrid star of bethlehem, tulips and freesia. The personal flowers were white cymbidium orchids and red spider orchids accented with bear grass and cream & black ribbons.

Lisa & Neil's wedding colors were golds and reds. I used yellow cymbidium orchids, with star of bethlehem and white spray roses for Lisa's bouquet. The attendant bouquets were red and maroon dahlias, mini calla lilies, and crespedia. The photos are by Laffler Photography: www.lafflerphotography.com

ben + megan - 05.05.07

Megan & Ben's wedding was a fun one to do. The bride is a graphic designer (yes she did all the signage, programs herself) and the ceremony site and reception site were perfect. The flowers were a mixture of green texturual flowers and foliage. The pictures below are by Yun Gen Yang photography. His website can be found here: http://www.yangphoto.com/
